Skip individual action items

Sync only the action items you want and skip the rest.

We know there are times when not all the tasks in a note need to go to your destination app. There are two primary ways to accomplish this:

Use our special syntax to indicate each action item you want to skip; or
Set up your connection to only process action items you specifically designate with our special syntax

Skipping action items

For every task you want to skip, simply add the pipe “|” symbol and three (3) asterisks “***” at the end of the task. TaskClone will ignore this action item and not process it.

Designated action items

By setting up your connection to process only action items you designate, all other action items will be skipped. See how to set up and use designated action items.
