Email verification not working

We typically see one of two issues.

A. No email received. In actuality 3 things have happened 99.9% of the time.

  1. The email went to your Spam folder.  Check your Spam folder if you don't see our confirmation email in your Inbox.  
  2. You mis-typed the email.  Try signing up with the same email and if you don't get an error, you mis-typed the first time.  
  3. Blocked or delayed email.  Sometimes your email system will block or delay email to check whether it's spam. Contact us so we can confirm the email was sent.  We can then resend or ask you to contact your IT department.

B. Confirmation link not clickable.  For some email clients, including Gmail, links are not clickable from within the Spam folder.  If found in your spam folder, move the email into your inbox and the link should be clickable in your inbox.
