If you send us a message, we'll get back to you within 24 hours.  We absolutely love it when support requests come with screenshots.  Learn how to  take a screenshot on any device.  Our favorite method is Awesome Screenshot which works with Chrome, Firefox and Safari and allows desktop screenshots as well.

Our entire support team are experts in our service and can also help with task app or Evernote questions.  We're not perfect, but we always strive to be helpful.
